Support Groups

Free, peer-led support groups for individuals with mental health conditions and their loved ones.

What is a NAMI support group?

We offer peer-led support groups for individuals to come and share their experiences with mental health. All groups are confidential and led by trained peers.

About the Groups

We offer two monthly support groups: One for individuals with a mental health condition and one for loved ones of individuals with a mental health condition.

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is for individuals with mental health conditions.

NAMI Family Support Group is for loved ones of individuals with mental health conditions.

Our support groups are free, peer-led, and confidential.

What You'll Gain from Attending A Group

Join a Support Group

Our support groups meet once a month in locations around Mansfield, OH. For more information on when and where the next support group will be, click the button above. Our groups do not always meet at the same place, so it is encouraged to check the events page before every group.

Joining a group for the first time can be nerve wracking, but be assured that our groups are all warm and welcoming. There are no requirements for how much you have to share in a group, just that you keep whatever you hear confidential.
